Ingredients
- 1Kg Chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp Kimball Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Kimball Chili Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 20g Garlic
- 60g Shallot
- 20g Galangal
- 10g Fresh Turmeric
- 2 Nos Lemongrass, White Part
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Method
- For the chicken wings, make a slit at the mid joint and drummet then set aside.
- Blend all the marinade ingredients to a fine paste.
- Coat chicken wings with the fine paste evenly. Cover and marinate overnight in fridge.
- Lastly, bake chicken wings in a pre-heated oven at 200˚C for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken wings are fully cooked.
