Ingredients
- 1 can(290g) Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce
- 180g Kimball Spaghetti, cook as per packet instructions
- 8 pcs Medium prawns
- 2 pcs Tofu puffs, sliced
- 60g Mustard greens (sawi), sliced
- 2 tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Kimball Tomato Sauce
- 3 nos Tomato, diced
- 2 pips Garlic
- 2 tbsp Chili paste
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Place all the ingredients for blending into a food processor and blend to a fine paste.
- Pour the paste into a frying pan and bring it to a gentle boil. Add the prawns and mix well. Toss in the tofu puffs and mustard greens, then mix again. Cook until the prawns are fully cooked.
- Pour in the Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce and stir until well combined. Add the Kimball Spaghetti and mix thoroughly. Dish up and serve immediately.
