Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Kimball Thai Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Kimball Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100g Onion, diced
- 4-5 sprigs Curry leaves
- 2 nos Red chilli, sliced
- 200g Fried chicken meat, shredded
- 600g Roti canai, roughly chopped
Method
- Heat up oil in frying pan, sauté onions, curry leaves and red chilli until fragrant. Then, add in chicken and all Kimball sauces. Stir well.
- Lastly, add in the roti canai and stir well. Dish up and serve hot.
