Ingredients
- 1 can(290g) Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce
- 200g Kimball Spaghetti, cook as per packet instructions
- 100g Tuna flakes
- 60g French beans, sliced
- ½ cup Water
- 40g Shallots
- 5g Ginger
- 5g Turmeric
- 5g Torch ginger flower (bunga kantan)
- 20pcs Laksa leaves (daun kesum)
- 2 tbsp Chili paste
- 2 tsp Tamarind paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
Method
- Place all the ingredients for blending into a food processor and blend to a fine paste.
- Pour the paste into a frying pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the tuna flakes and French beans, and mix well.
- Pour in the Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce and water, and give it a quick mix. Add the Kimball Spaghetti and toss until the spaghetti is well coated. Dish up and serve immediately.
