Ingredients
- For Chicken Patty
- 6 tbsp Kimball Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Kimball BBQ Sauce
- 1kg Minced chicken
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Large onion, finely chopped
- 120g Carrot, finely diced
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- For Sauce
- 3 tbsp Kimball Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 4 tbsp Kimball Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Kimball Chili or Kimball Tomato Sauce
- For Salad
- ½ Cucumber, sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- ½ Carrot, shredded
- 1 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 3 pcs Lettuce leaves
- 3 medium burger buns, halved and toasted
- Oil for frying
Method
- For chicken patty, place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Divide chicken mixture into 6 portion and shape into flare round patties. Heat up oil in a frying pan and pan fry patties on both sides until fully cooked. Set aside.
- For sauce, mix Kimball Cheese Sauce, Kimball Chili Sauce and mustard together. Set aside
- To assemble, spread some Kimball Mayonnaise onto burger bun. Place salad, chicken patty, drizzle some sauce and Kimball Mayonnaise followed by second layer of salad, chicken patty, sauce and Kimball Mayonnaise onto burger bun. Lastly, place the burger bun over and serve
Chef tip: Add mayonnaise into meat patties, helps to keep the meat patties moist. Bread crumbs can be replaced by finely crushed toasted bread, cornflakes or crackers.
