Ingredients
- 100 gram Kimball Macaroni Pasta
- 100 gram tempeh
- 100 gram tofu
- 20 gram glass noodles
- 30 gram beancurd skin (fucuk)
- 30 gram carrot
- 1 red chilli
- 50 gram long beans
- 100 gram potato
- 50 gram onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can Kimball Traditional Tomato Pasta Sauce
- Salt & sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 250 ml water
Method
- Fry the tempeh, tofu and potatoes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Soak the beancurd skin and glass noodles until soft, then drain and cut.
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add water, Kimball Traditional Tomato Pasta Sauce, carrot, long beans, soybean sheets and glass noodles, then add the Kimball Macaroni Pasta, tempeh, tofu and potatoes. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and sugar to taste. Stir well and serve.
