Ingredients
A. Pasta:- 200 gram Kimball Spiral Pasta
- Salt & a little oil
- 500 gram beef (tenderloin)
- 1 can Kimball Mushroom Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 inch galangal
- 2 pieces tamarind slices ( asam keping )
- 1500 ml water / enough water to simmer until the beef is tender
- Salt & sugar to taste
- Red chilli
- Spring onions
Method

A. Cooking the Pasta
- Boil the Kimball Spiral Pasta until al dente.
- Drain and toss with a little oil.

B. Tomato Singgang Beef
- Sauté the onion, garlic, ginger and galangal until fragrant.
- Add the beef, stir until the colour changes, then pour in the water.
- Simmer until the beef becomes tender. Add the Kimball Mushroom Tomato Pasta Sauce and tamarind slices.
- Continue simmering until the singgang gravy slightly thickens (not soupy).
- Season with salt and sugar to taste.Serve the Kimball Spiral Pasta in a bowl and pour the tomato singgang beef over it. Garnish with sliced red chilli and spring onions.
